With Kimber James' birthday being April 26th, I thought that a posting in her honor is only appropriate.

Kimber has certainly come a long way in the last few years. She started her career in the pron industry as an assistant to AVN award-winning TS star Gia Darling. In 2007, Kimber made her film debut in Transsexual Babysitters 4.
In 2008, she became the first transsexual performer to sign with the agency LA Direct Models, a well-know booking agency that represents adult performers, and production professionals such as directors and makeup artists.
By 2010, Kimber appeared in Maxim and won the AVN award for Transsexual Performer of the Year.
This next image is one of my all-time favorite pictures of Kimber! I love the look of orgasmic bliss on her face, her wonderfully puffy nipples, and her accommodating asshole. Simply delicious!
To me, it has really been a treat witnessing the evolution of Kimber. In her earlier photoshoots, she was a brunette with medium-sized boobs and puffy nipples and was adorable. After a second pair of implants to bring her to an F-cup, multiple nose jobs and lip enhancements, Kimber went from "girl next door" to buxom blonde bombshell.
She has done everything that most of us sissies can only dream about and was rewarded by looking like a surgically enhanced bimbo.
With all the plastic surgery, Kimber says volumes without even whispering a word. One look at her and you know she chose to look the way that she does, that she had made an effort to look the that way, and that she understands how important it is to be feminine and sexy.

I especially like seeing how over time her genitals have become smaller and no longer able to penetrate. Is there anything more desirable for a sissy than being unable to become turgid?
